At a systems level, we work with those in positions of power at organisational and institutional levels to strengthen access to redressal and justice in workplaces. Here, we have engaged with several civil society organisations, stakeholders, and government bodies such as the LC, BBMP, and BMTC, ensuring that there is accountability for sexual harassment and that systemic change is embedded into structures of governance.
Across all our interventions, our approach remains survivor-centric and closely aligned with our feminist values. In practice, this means empowering survivors by prioritising their rights, safety, well-being, needs, and wishes, and giving them control over the decision-making process. We are not prescriptive; instead, we offer survivors the space and time to express their needs, and we provide support accordingly.
